This career-track position requires a motivated marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for driving lead generation, working closely with sales team leaders to execute multi-channel marketing campaigns targeting key personas and measuring the results of those efforts. This position offers a unique opportunity to become an integral member of a high-performing marketing team, with multiple options for advancement to higher levels of responsibility within the organization.

Principle Responsibilities:

  • Develop lead generation campaigns partnership with business unit leaders to identify, qualify and deliver sales leads as required for identified markets
  • Plan, create and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns and nurturing cadences and proactively communicate progress and results
  • Ensure timely creations of all campaign components with the support of team design leader and other internal and external partners
  • Identify and manage external lead sources such as advertising partners, content publishers and event sponsorship
  • Manage CRM and Marketing Automation platforms; monitor performance to ensure precise targeting and tracking
  • Develop and maintain automated reporting on marketing KPIs and other business metrics – reporting results and learnings
  • Support Director of Marketing and team by providing creative and/or production support for internal and external communications initiatives
  • Provide additional services as required by management

Key Skills and Background:

  • Must have 2-5 years hands-on experience in a B2B demand generation environment
  • Must be experienced in all channels of digital and off-line content-driven lead generation
  • This position requires an analytically-minded individual with a demonstrated ability to identify and interpret relevant data and develop action-oriented recommendations
  • Must have hands-on experience using Salesforce or similar CRM software; must be familiar with the principles of design and management of a customer database
  • Direct experience with marketing automation software (Hubspot preferred) or work experience in an active B2B marketing communications team preferred
  • Experience in Google Analytics, Google Ads and SEO a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration or an analytics-related discipline preferred
  • Must be a lifelong learner self-motivated to independently identify performance gaps and develop improved processes and techniques
  • Should be highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple projects; must be comfortable setting priorities and communicating to others
  • Must have outstanding writing and verbal communications skills
