Alliant has big plans for 2022 and we’re excited to be starting off the year with new talented associates. The best part? Growth is happening across all areas of the business, including Sales, Client Success, Data Science, Compliance, and Finance. These six new additions will help Alliant continue to serve our brand, agency and platform partners with modern, future-proofed data solutions.
Let’s get to know the new team members!
Mitchell Eisenberg recently joined Alliant as SVP, General Counsel and Data Compliance Officer, advising Alliant on data governance and regulatory matters. Mitch came to us with a wealth of experience, including serving as SVP of General Counsel and Secretary at PulsePoint. He studied close to home at University of Connecticut, where he received his MBA, in addition to his Juris Doctorate from NYU School of Law.
Carly Dome started in January as part of our NYC-based Agency Partnership team where she is responsible for helping digital agencies deliver successful data-driven campaigns for their brand clients. With over ten years of experience in ad tech and advertising, Carly came to Alliant from SQAD, and holds her degree from Hobart and William Smith Colleges.
Rob Haffeman joined Alliant this month as a Platform Account Executive and will be responsible for developing strategic relationships to expand the reach of Alliant’s digital audience and enrichment solutions. He comes to the team with years of experience managing ad-tech platform partnerships and has held positions at companies like ADARA and Oracle.
Kirsten Blancato started in January on our Data Science team, bringing impressive experience in astrophysics research at Columbia University and data science at Humankind Investments and Wayfair. Kirsten is responsible for building customized predictive machine learning models and creating new workflows in languages such as Python.
Another January addition, Camille Valentino joined Alliant as a Client Success Manager. As part of the Client Success team she will be working across the business to ensure seamless activation of client solutions. Camille graduated from SUNY New Paltz with a degree in Business Administration and has experience in business operations.
Last but not least, Ajmah Bicaj had been with Alliant for six months while attending Pace University and was promoted upon her graduation to a full-time Accounting Associate. Ajmah graduated in December with her Bachelor of Business Administration and was part of Pace’s Pforzheimer Honors College.
