Alliant is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join a fast-moving Corporate Communications team. As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and measuring well-orchestrated marketing programs and supporting sales enablement initiatives. Success in this role requires a dynamic individual who can seamlessly navigate between strategy and execution, partner across internal and external teams, and develop compelling content.

Principle Responsibilities:

  • Develop lead generation campaigns in partnership with sales team leaders to support account and vertical-based strategies
  • Identify and manage external lead sources such as advertising partners, industry content publishers and event sponsorships
  • Manage CRM and marketing automation platforms; ensuring accurate lead management, audience segmentation and tracking
  • Support sales team by providing creative and/or production support for presentation decks, sales sheets, infographics and other communication materials
  • Develop engaging & automated nurturing cadences for new leads and existing customers
  • Monitor website and SEO performance, continually improve with updated strategies and content
  • Contribute to Alliant’s blog by developing engaging posts in partnership with subject-matter experts throughout the organization; support other thought-leadership content development and PR
  • Partner closely with the internal design team to translate strategy and copy into visual elements, ensure timely creations of all campaign components
  • Develop & maintain automated reporting on marketing KPIs and other business metrics – reporting results and suggested optimizations

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Must have 4-5 years hands-on experience in a B2B demand generation environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or an analytics-related discipline preferred
  • Must be experienced in digital and traditional content-driven lead generation
  • Must have outstanding writing and verbal communications skills with demonstrable content development experience (sales presentations, blogs, ebooks, etc.)
  • Proven ability to identify and interpret relevant data and develop actionable recommendations
  • Direct experience with marketing automation and CRM tools, Hubspot and Salesforce are a big plus
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads and SEO
  • Must be a self-motivated, lifelong learner who is eager to independently identify performance gaps and develop improved processes and techniques
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and priorities; must be comfortable setting priorities and communicating to stakeholders
