To shape that vision, Alliant is seeking a proven executive to lead its sales, account management and client services teams. As Senior Vice President of Sales, you will play a critical strategic and tactical role at Alliant, reporting to the CEO and serving as a member of the senior leadership team.

This opportunity is based in Alliant’s northern Westchester county headquarters. It requires extensive interaction with both internal and external customers, prospects, and strategic partners. Approximately 30% of the position requires local and national travel.

Principle Responsibilities:

  • Empower Individuals and Develop High-Performing Teams
  • Hire, train and mentor top talent, while fostering a culture of curiosity where initiative and performance are rewarded
  • Lead new business executives in support of client cultivation and conversion
  • Direct strategy for client engagement teams, ensuring a constant stream of innovation and results in support of client profit and growth goals
  • Encourage and promote effective interdepartmental communication and team-building activities
  • Develop aggressive revenue goals for all sales associates and the ensure strategies are in place to obtain; execute monthly reporting and KPI’s
  • Ensure processes are in place to deliver solutions on time and on budget
  • Collaborate with the Product and Marketing organizations in development of solutions and communication strategies that support Alliant’s competitive edge
  • Engage in all key planning activities and contribute insight and direction for corporate partnership and acquisition opportunities
  • Reinforce Alliant values of respect and transparency throughout the working environment

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • A proven ability to build, mentor and lead successful sales teams
  • Relevant experience in defining strategies and closing sales of data to drive marketing results
  • Proven record of meeting and exceeding revenue goals and client expectations
  • Strong quantitative/analytical skills, with a deep understanding of traditional and ‘modern’ analytics processes and their impact in marketing success
  • Ability to generate lucid business analyses of strategic investments and communicate business benefits and value propositions to marketing executives.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, and extensive experience developing and presenting business analyses
  • Experience in leading complex projects across multiple departments
  • Must be a college graduate, advanced degree in Marketing or Business a plus
  • Experience working with statistical modeling solutions a plus
  • 10+ years’ proven experience in sales and/or account management in a data-driven marketing or technical/analytic environment, ideally within marketing-services organizations
  • Depth of understanding of P&L metrics for marketing campaign projects
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office applications, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint
  • Must be goal oriented and positive, possess a high energy level and operate with a flexible, adaptive and inquisitive mindset
